Eric Young is a member of the leadership team of Boston Consulting Group’s GAMMA practice, the firm’s applied data sciences and advanced technology business. In that role, he is responsible for growing GAMMA talents to support AI, machine learning, and deep learning; and to advance data analytics opportunities across industries. 

Eric focuses on digital transformation initiatives in the consumer, retail, and financial services sectors by helping his clients experience the possibilities of a digital customer journey. He advises clients on how to manage the risks of financial crimes, optimize cost savings, and enhance and improve profit margins through technology. He has developed multiple data analytics solutions to business challenges such as behavior modeling, sentiment analysis, network analysis, machine learning, AI, voice to text, natural language processing, and data mining in structured and unstructured data. 

Prior to joining BCG, Eric was a Forensic Technology Partner at Big Four accounting firm.
