Erik Flinck is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods and Corporate Development practices, and he focuses on engineering products and private equity. In addition to strategy topics, Erik focuses on supporting manufacturing companies in developing commercial excellence and establishing continuous Improvement.

Erik rejoined The Boston Consulting Group in 2015 after working as the head of group strategy and M&A at Sandvik, where he was responsible for overall groupwide initiatives, supporting key business area transformations, and developing the company’s oil and gas strategy and platform. He previously worked at BCG from 2005 to 2012.
