Evan Stubbs is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Center for Digital Government, and a core member of BCG's Technology Advantage practice. He leads BCG’s Digital Data Platforms capability for Asia Pacific. Evan specializes in helping organizations mobilize and transform to create sustainable competitive advantage from business analytics, new technology platforms, data, and artificial intelligence.

Evan works with leadership teams globally on how to make a difference using data and analytics—whether it's through creating the next generation's workforce, creating competitive advantage, or protecting the underprivileged. He is committed to blending technology, data, and humanity to transform business.

Evan has extensive practical experience designing strategy and running enablement programs across people, process, data, and technology, and is responsible for BCG's AP digital data platforms enablement capability. Prior to joining the firm, he was Chief Analytics Officer for Asia Pacific at SAS.
