He has over 15 years of experience advising telecommunications and technology clients on B2B growth strategy, product development, and digital transformation/turnaround. Faisal’s current focus is B2B, fiber to the home (FTTH)/fiber to the x (FTTx), commercial growth, pricing, and TURN.

Faisal has developed growth strategies for clients across the technology and telecommunications sector that have resulted in significant top-line growth, cost optimization, and value. He advised a global B2B telecom player on carve-out options, and advised a top five TMT private equity fund on a leading European outdoor media player (commercial due diligence). He developed the national fiber strategy across a large European market.

Prior to joining BCG, Faisal led the enterprise product strategy function at Vodafone Group.
