Felipe Alves joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2012 as a Senior Associate and spent a year with BCG in Chicago as an Associate Abroad. He is a core member of the Operations practice area. Felipe has worked on cases in a variety of industries, including consumer goods and retail, industrial goods, travel and tourism, and oil and gas.

At BCG, Felipe has participated in and led projects on many topics, but he concentrates on people and organization topics such as organizational design, strategic workforce planning, governance, and compliance. His expertise also includes operations (in large capex investments optimizations), cost and efficiency, logistics strategy, lean management, marketing and sales, go-to-market strategy (especially in Latin America), and sales force effectiveness.

Prior to joining the firm, Felipe worked as a consultant at Brazilian niche consulting firm focused on logistics and supply chain management where he assessed more than ten companies in multiple sectors. He also worked for a third-party logistics player in Brazil.
