Felix Hodson is a core member of BCG GAMMA, Boston Consulting Group’s data science and advanced analytics team, which helps clients create competitive advantage by optimizing their big data and analytics capabilities.

Felix works primarily with clients in industrial goods, process industries, and building materials, running large digital transformations. He has led the development of solutions using AI, machine learning, and optimization across a broad range of supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial use-cases.

Felix leads the design and implemention of digital transformation for large global clients, including establishing overall transformation structure, use-case prioritization and execution across manufacturing process control, value-in-use optimization, production scheduling, and logistics. Additionally, he has expertise in digital supply chain Build-Operate-Transfer, delivering use-cases including demand forecasting, capacity forecasting, and sales and operational planning.

Felix joined BCG in 2014, moving to GAMMA in the fall of 2018. Before coming to the firm, Felix served for five years in the British Army.
