Gaurav Nath is the global leader of The Boston Consulting Group’s Center for Digital in Industrials. He is global leader of the Future Value Chain platform and a member of the global leadership team for the Digital Supply Chain and Go-to-Market topics in Transformation. He is also a core member of the firm’s Industrial Goods, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices.

Gaurav is an expert on data-driven large-scale change for the commercial function. He has worked on design and implementation projects which have covered predictive analytics in strategic customer segmentation, pricing excellence, sales force effectiveness, and sales and marketing organization design and role definition. He also has deep experience in marketing function and customer services design as well as new production commercialization and demand planning.

Since joining BCG in 2003, Gaurav has also worked extensively with clients in emerging economies, including several of BCG’s Global Challengers. He also has knowledge of building materials and is well-versed in metals and mining, the automotive arena, and engineered products.

Before joining BCG, Gaurav worked with the United Nations Development Program to implement internet-based market models for rural communities.
