Gerardo Gutierrez-López joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015 in Mexico City. Gerardo has worked primarily in the consumer goods industry, with a focus on marketing, sales, and pricing, and operations. He is also an alumni ambassador of the BCG Henderson Institute, where he supported the Strategy Lab during 2017-2018.
Gerardo’s recent case experience includes the diagnosis and implementation of best practices in the distribution network of a CPG player in Central America. He has also defined and implemented promotional strategies for the biggest market of a beer multinational, and for a Mexican food conglomerate. He is also experienced in game workshops, with a focus on Your Strategy Needs a Strategy and “Pricing War” games.
