Gökçe Yücealpan



Gökçe Yücealpan joined The Boston Consulting Group in London in 2009 and moved to the newly created Istanbul office in 2010. She is a core member of the Financial Institutions and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices at BCG.

Gökçe’s recent case experience has focused on banking sector. She has worked with Turkish banks on developing country and international strategy, risk management, cost optimization, and business-line marketing strategies.

In the retail field, Gökçe has led a postmerger integration for two Turkish department store chains and conducted commercial due diligence in the out-of-home dining, apparel, and supermarket sectors. In the energy field, Gökçe helped a Turkish power company develop a new organization and operating model for their vertically integrated businesses.

Prior to joining BCG, Gökçe worked for Capital One Financial Services for six years in the US and UK.
