Greg Boison is the North America Regional Leader for the Center for Digital Government at Boston Consulting Group. He is also North America Cybersecurity Topic Leader and a core member of the firm’s Public Sector and Industrial Goods practices.
Greg has deep experience in the aerospace and defense sector, and he has helped a wide range of government and private-sector clients create enduring transformations, improve network security, and generate technological innovations. He has worked extensively with numerous US federal government organizations, including the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Justice, the Department of Energy, and financial regulators.
Before rejoining BCG in 2016, Greg was the director of homeland and cyber security for Lockheed Martin, leading a $300 million-per-year division in which he was responsible for national deployments, enterprise transformations, and mission-critical cyber security and IT systems. Before that, he led the company’s Department of Justice and Department of Energy divisions, and he also worked as an executive in business development and Washington operations.
Prior to Lockheed Martin, Greg spent several years with BCG as an associate and consultant and also worked for the House Congressional Subcommittee on National Security. Greg is a frequent speaker on industry panels and is regularly quoted in the media on public sector and cyber security issues.
