Guido Crespi is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice and a member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice at The Boston Consulting Group. He also leads the firm’s Corporate Development practice in Italy.

Guido first joined BCG in 1992, leaving as a principal in 2000. Since his return to the firm in 2006, his work has focused on advising clients across the financial services industry. Guido has had an active role in a number of projects that have helped reshape the Italian financial services sector.

In addition to his responsibilities at BCG, Guido lectures at Università Bocconi, Milan, and Collège des Ingénieurs, Turin.

Between his two terms with BCG, Guido worked as a partner at Bain and was a cofounding partner and vice president at Sapient.
