Liska Schmitz joined Boston Consulting Group as a summer associate in 2010 and returned as a full-time associate in the Hamburg office in 2011 before moving to the New York office. 

Liska is currently focused on digital transformations in media—working with senior leadership teams on business strategy and operating model changes. In her recent case work, she has led the transition planning for a family-owned sports entertainment company, where she worked with clients on coming up with new creative concepts for a TV show such as storylines, characters, and production elements. Liksa also set up a large cost-transformation program for a recently acquired information services company (post IPO). Her client base includes publishers, TV and radio operators, live entertainment firms, and digital media organizations. 

Liska has also worked at the firm’s New Delhi and Chicago offices. She speaks English, German, Italian, French, and Spanish.
