Hen Lotan joined Boston Consulting Group in Tel Aviv in 2012, spent a year in the Chicago office in 2015-16, and joined the New York office in 2017 after earning his MBA. He is currently an Ambassador to the BCG Henderson Institute in New York, where he leads the Institute's Strategy Lab. Within BHI, Hen focuses on corporate vitality, technology and strategy, and the science of change.

In his recent client work, Hen led a strategic opportunity assessment to expand the unique business model of a global top three consumer goods player, resulting in a roadmap to unlock more than $2 billion in sales. He also led the development of next-generation technology strategy for a top 20 US bank, transforming the way the bank approached and developed technology, and setting the foundation for the business’s future viability.

Prior to joining the firm, Hen worked at KPMG in the Corporate Finance division, where he focused on valuation of companies across various sectors, and in a boutique Investment House in Israel. He also served four years in the IDF's Special Forces.
