Holger Gottstein leads Boston Consulting Group’s Fashion & Luxury Sector for North America and the Consumer and Retail practice on the West Coast. He is a core member of the firm’s Corporate Finance & Strategy, Marketing & Sales, and Operations practice areas.

After joining BCG in 1999, Holger spent over ten years in the Munich office and three years in Australia before coming to San Francisco. He has worked with global and regional fashion and luxury players, retailers, and consumer companies in Europe, the US, India, China, and Australia on a broad range of topics across the full value chain.

Prior to coming to BCG, Holger held several line positions with a major European bank and cofounded a direct marketing agency focused on mid-sized companies.
