Holger Gottstein leads The Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice in Australia and New Zealand and is a core member of BCG’s Operations and Strategy practices.

Since joining BCG in 1999, Holger spent more than 10 years in the Munich office before relocating to Melbourne. He has worked with clients in Europe, US, India, and Australia. Holger has worked with global consumer goods companies across a broad range of topics including marketing and sales, sourcing strategy, cost reduction, and customer relationship management. He has also helped retail clients in total business transformations, define their supply chains, increase global buying synergies, develop new store concepts, and create and implement e-commerce strategies.

Prior to working with BCG, Holger held several line positions with a major European bank, and he cofounded a direct marketing agency focused on mid-sized companies.
