Hui Zhu is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s public sector. He has acquired extensive consulting experience with central and local governments, economic development zones, city developers, and large state-owned enterprises.

Since joining BCG, Hui has helped several large cities such as Nanjing, Hangzhou, and Chengdu on their city-development strategy, industry planning, and globalization strategies. He also provided services to several local city developers on regional expansion, business transformation, and market analysis.

Before joining BCG in 2015, Hui worked as a senior manager at Ernst & Young and a senior consultant at IBM and BearingPoint.
