Isme Oosthuizen leads the Platinion team for Boston Consulting Group in Johannesburg. BCG Platinion is a division of the firm focused on the development and implementation of business-critical IT architecture and digital solutions. She supports clients in defining roadmaps for their digital journeys, enabling digital and data platforms, and evaluating IT architecture to prepare for digital transformations.

Isme joined BCG in January 2021, bringing strong data architecture and data analytics experience in the context of large-scale digital transformations. She previously worked at EY, where she was a partner and led the SAP Banking and Data Technology Consulting business unit.
