Jack Fuller is an ambassador at the BCG Henderson Institute in the Strategy Lab. Since starting at the New York office of BCG in 2016, Jack has worked with the Consumer practice, focusing on brand strategy, customer journey mapping, and innovation in products and services.

Prior to moving to New York, Jack completed a doctorate in philosophical theology at Oxford University, examining the industry of advertising from the perspective of Plato and Augustine’s thought, and a master’s thesis examining the development and meaning of the concept of civilization.

Jack has also worked for the global content creation and brand strategy agency The School of Life, the strategy division in the Australian Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, and the think tank Per Capita, focusing on behavioral economics. He has an undergraduate degree in neuroscience from Melbourne University.
