Since joining Boston Consulting Group in 2012, Jamie Saunders has worked on a variety of projects with companies in several industries, particularly in financial services. He has partnered with BCG's clients in a broad range of areas including strategy development, operating model design, operational improvement, M&A, sales and marketing effectiveness, digital and analytical initiatives, and risk/regulatory management. Jamie also has extensive experience in setting up and delivering large-scale transformation and remediation projects.

Jamie has a keen interest in social impact, having worked with several commercial clients to develop their societal strategies and delivered several of BCG’s pro bono social impact projects. In addition to his work for the firm, he has supported a number of social enterprises in London, and worked for charities in Peru, Mozambique, and India.

Jamie joined BCG from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he worked for several years in fixed income derivatives, specializing in interest rate and foreign exchange risk management for European corporate clients.
