Dr. Jan Koserski is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at The Boston Consulting Group. Jan leads BCG’s Banking 4.0 initiative in Germany and Austria, which focuses on advising clients on the digital transformation of their business and operating models.

Jan has worked with leading European banks on digital strategy, bank-wide transformations, PMI, business unit strategy, bank steering, active credit portfolio management, and target IT architecture. He has also advised leading financial technology companies on customer journey optimization and international expansion strategies.

Prior to joining BCG, Jan worked in different positions at Norddeutsche Landesbank in Hanover, Germany, and New York. He is a member of the board of Make-a-Wish Germany, a non-profit organization.
