Jason LaBresh is a member of Boston Consulting Group’s Center for Digital Government and leads the firm’s Public Sector practice in Australia and New Zealand. He is a core member of the Technology Advantage, and People & Organization practices as well. Jason is a member of the firm’s change-management team—a worldwide group of senior change practitioner - and a member of BCG’s global sourcing leadership team. He focuses on advising clients on the issues around complex procurements and outsourcing.

Jason works with government agencies to drive fundamental change in their business models. He is an expert on organization and operating model design, sourcing and procurement, technology, and large-scale change. Over the past decade, Jason has focused his client work in the public sector, supporting senior executives of leading organizations. He also has extensive experience with major transformation programs in the telecommunications, financial services, and industrial good industries.

Before joining BCG, Jason was a cofounder and director of the Galt Group in Melbourne. Before that, he practiced law in Washington, DC.
