Jason LaBresh leads The Boston Consulting Group's Public Sector practice in Australia and New Zealand and is a core member of the Technology Advantage, and People & Organization practices. He is also a member of the firm’s change-management team—a worldwide group of senior change practitioners. He also is a member of BCG’s global sourcing leadership team and focuses on advising clients on the issues around complex procurements and outsourcing.

Jason works with government agencies to drive fundamental change in their business models. He is an expert on organization and operating model design, sourcing and procurement, technology, and large-scale change. Over the past decade, Jason has centered his client work in the public sector, supporting senior executives of leading organizations. Jason also has extensive experience with major transformation programs in the telecommunications, financial services and industrial good industries.

Before joining BCG, Jason was a cofounder and director of the Galt Group in Melbourne. He was a qualified attorney prior that, practicing law in Washington, DC.
