Jason Miller joined Boston Consulting Group in 2018. He specializes in improving the performance of enterprise technology groups, including technology function performance, investment portfolio management and return, strategic alignment, and technology procurement. He is a core member of the Technology Advantage and Consumer practices and has deep expertise in the application of technology in consumer goods and retail. He has also worked extensively in the high tech, automotive, and financial institutions industries.

Jason has led a variety of complex large-scale, technology-driven transformations, covering: emerging technology work focusing on new digital products and services, customer journeys, technology supplier ecosystems, business function digitization, and development of new systems. He also has done extensive work on programs that address the technology organization and operating model, enterprise cost reduction, IT post-merger integration, cloud computing and infrastructure, and large-scale IT supplier services deals.

Before joining BCG, Jason was a Partner at A.T. Kearney, and he began his career at Accenture.
