Jay Lundy is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s People and Organization and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice areas. He leads diversity and inclusion (D&I) and organizational transformations projects with large multinational companies in the financial services, oil and gas, and media and telecommunications industries.

Jay also works with clients on broader culture topics, such as employee engagement. He helps his clients diagnose and create a baseline D&I and develop comprehensive strategies to address gaps and unlock opportunities. He has also led large-scale agile and organization model transformation efforts; as well as interviews and focus groups.

After college, Jay spent a year with Teach for America (TFA), and his interest in non-profits and service organizations has continued at BCG. He has worked with TFAII, Planned Parenthood, and DreamYard, both within BCG and outside of work. Jay serves on several nonprofit boards and committees, including The Alvin Ailey Dance Company’s Young Patrons Steering Committee.
