Jean-François Bobier is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Technology Advantage practice in Paris.

Since joining BCG in 2004, Jean-François has partnered with clients across multiple industries on projects related to digital transformation, the internet of things, and IT organization and governance.

Jean-François has gained broad experience in digital transformation, working in topics from strategy development to pilot implementation. He focuses in particular on hardware-to-software transformation in R&D. His project includes telecom set-top boxes and internet access devices, train signaling, and automotive OEM software engineering.

Jean-François has also worked with clients on multiple projects related to the internet of things, notably developing strategies for connected cars, industrial internet, and IoT platform strategy.

Jean-François brings his expert advice to a large number of multinational clients on IT and governance projects.

Prior to joining BCG, Jean-François worked in IT for Fidelity Investments and IBM Business Consulting Services.
