Jeff Shaddix joined Boston Consulting Group in 2004. He is a core member of the firm’s Consumer; Marketing, Sales & Pricing; Public Sector; and Principal Investors and Private Equity practices.

Jeff focuses mainly on retail, consumer products, and education clients across a range of topics. Much of his expertise lies in helping organizations develop a deep understanding of their customers’ values, preferences, behaviors, and unmet needs, and leveraging that information to better serve customers and drive profitable, sustained growth. In his BCG client work, the insights his teams uncovered have been used to optimize the online shopping experience for a specialty retailer and to redesign the patient experience for a hospital.

Jeff also has significant experience in the travel and tourism sector, including in customer segmentation, commercial strategy development, and execution.

In BCG’s Houston office, Jeff leads BCG’s Seat at the Table and Social Impact initiatives. In addition, he is a member of the firm’s North America marketing committee and leads the community engagement and Social Impact efforts for the Houston office.
