Jérôme Hervé leads The Boston Consulting Group’s Corporate Development practice in Europe.

Since joining BCG in 1998, Jérôme has worked extensively with clients across industries on value creation and mergers and acquisitions. He has also helped organizations address the full spectrum of corporate-development topics, including portfolio review, transaction services, risk management, private equity, and organization of the finance function.

Jérôme’s work in value creation, particularly, has remained on the leading edge over the years, as he has developed deep expertise in some of today’s most relevant topics, including total shareholder return (TSR) strategy, value patterns, and shareholder activism.

Jérôme is in charge of developing BCG’s relationship with three major clients in France. Before joining BCG, Jérôme started his career at Bain in 1990.
