Joey Reiman is a BCG Fellow and the chairman and founding CEO of BrightHouse, a consultancy dedicated to bring greater purpose to businesses that was acquired by Boston Consulting Group in 2015. Joey’s fellowship research is focused on digging even deeper into how to transform companies based on what they stand for.

Named one of the 100 people who will change the way the world thinks by Fast Company magazine, Joey is a well-known authority on leadership, marketing, and creativity. Since founding BrightHouse in 1995, his frameworks and methodologies have been adopted by Fortune 500 companies around the world, including American Express, Carlsberg, Delta Air Lines, McDonald’s, Procter & Gamble, and SunTrust.

BrightHouse works with organizations to define their true purpose and align their culture, strategy, and branding around it to accelerate transformation and value creation, while positively impacting society. For his work helping businesses make a meaningful impact, Joey was named a Purpose Prize Fellow by Encore in 2015.

Joey is the author of the best-selling book The Story of Purpose: The Path to Creating a Brighter Brand, a Greater Company, and a Lasting Legacy. His most recent book, Thumbs Up, focuses on how personal purpose creates the life of your dreams.
