Jonathan Sharp is a core member of the Consumer practice at The Boston Consulting Group and a member of BCG’s retail global leadership team. He leads BCG's global work in multichannel retail.

Jonathan joined BCG in 1999. He has a deep knowledge of the omnichannel topic, having worked globally across a number of retail sectors including grocery, nonfoods, home improvement, and general merchandise, advising clients at all stages of their omnichannel strategy development.

In previous roles, he has led merchandising and operations teams in grocery and general merchandise retailers and was a director of strategy at Coles.
