Joshua Serlin began working at Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He is an alumnus of BCG Henderson Institute’s (BHI) Ambassador Program in New York, and has worked across a number of industries, including health care, retail, and consumer packaged goods, on a range of strategic initiatives and transformation efforts.

As a BHI Ambassador, Josh explored the topic of Smart Simplicity, including its ability to improve health care value delivery and help sustain business outperformance. His work contributed to two publications: Health Care’s Value Problem—and How to Fix It, and The Power of Inspiration, Perspiration, and Cooperation—in sports and in business. Josh regularly partners with clients to share insights from these studies and help improve performance through the application of Smart Simplicity.

Prior to joining BCG, Josh launched and led the Chicago Chapter of Back on My Feet, a non-profit dedicated to helping homeless individuals regain their health and self-sufficiency. He currently serves on the Associate Board of Let’s Get Ready, a New York City based non-profit that helps underserved students gain access to and graduate from college.
