Juan Gil is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice.

Since joining BCG in 2006, Juan has worked extensively with clients in the oil and gas and utilities sectors on issues related to strategy, pricing, organization, and HR.

Among his many client engagements, Juan has helped implement large-scale transformation programs, provide strategic assessment in international arbitration processes, and develop strategic business plans for companies across the energy industry.

Before joining BCG, Juan was a summer analyst for Lehman Brothers.
