Julien Imbert is a core member of the Operations and the Industrial Goods practices at The Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2006, Julien has worked primarily with clients in the industrial goods, automotive, airline, and energy industries, in topics ranging from strategy to operations. He specializes in lean operations and cost and efficiency, across industries.

In his work with clients, he focuses on creating sustainable impact by helping clients build long-term competitive advantage through efficiency improvements and innovation. He ensures that capabilities transfer to the client team through joint work, enablement, and on-the-job training.

Prior to joining BCG, he was an intern at Dassault Aviation and with Ernst & Young.
