Julien Imbert is a core member of the Operations and the Industrial Goods practices at Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2006, Julien has worked primarily with clients in the industrial goods, automotive, airline, and energy industries, on topics focused on strategy and operations. He specializes in lean operations and cost and efficiency.

In his client work, Julien focuses on creating sustainable impact by helping clients build long-term competitive advantage through efficiency improvements and innovation. He ensures that capabilities transfer to the client team through joint work, enablement, and on-the-job training.

Prior to joining BCG, Julien was an intern at Dassault Aviation and with Ernst & Young.
