Julio Bezerra joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2004. Before coming to London, he worked in BCG’s New York and São Paulo offices. Julio is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice and leads the London Telco hub. He is also a core member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice.

Julio has worked with a broad range of clients in the TMT space. His clients come from the three TMT pillars (technology, media, and telecommunications) and include local and international companies, large and niche players, and company management and investors. He has worked on both defining strategies for value creation and ensuring the execution of these strategies. He also has significant M&A experience.

In a world in which technology is changing the art of the possible, Julio's passion is working with ambitious CEOs and executive teams to drive significant change. Julio believes that an advisor's role is to be true to the facts and always share his point of view, particularly when it challenges the status quo and may generate uncomfortable discussions. He also believes that the most challenging work is the change management that comes after defining which path to follow.

Prior to joining BCG, Julio worked at Cluster Consulting in Barcelona, and in the M&A team of Banco Pactual in London and New York.
