Justin Rose on How Industrial Goods Companies Can Organize For Digital Transformation

Justin Rose is a member of The Boston Consulting Group’s global Industrial Goods leadership team and leads the firm’s global digital efforts for the Industrial Goods practice. He also leads the Operations practice in North America. In these roles, Justin is focused on setting up the North American Innovation Center for Operations to demonstrate Industry 4.0 technologies and use cases. He is also involved in leading broad-based digital transformations for world-class companies.

Justin has been a member of the firm for 14 years and has been based for extended periods in Mexico, Thailand, and Japan. He has worked across a wide array of industries during his time at BCG, including industrial goods, energy, and consumer goods. Justin has extensive experience in helping to shape the strategy of major manufacturing firms as well as advising cabinet-level government officials on major policy decisions. 

 Justin coauthored BCG's Made in America, Again series and coauthored a book titled The US Manufacturing Renaissance: How Shifting Global Economics Are Creating an American Comeback
