Kazuhiro Ikeda joined Boston Consulting Group in 2021. He is a core member of BCG’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing, Transformation, Global Advantage, Consumer, and Public Sector practices.

Kazuhiro has worked for companies in a range of industries on marketing, sales strategy development, and new organization building for more than 20 years. His consulting experience includes supporting companies in various industries on strategy formulation and implementation, and systems implementation. In recent years, he has worked on cross-industry projects such as digital transformation and new business strategy.

Prior to joining BCG, Kazuhiro worked at Accenture, Mercer Japan, and Phillip Morris Japan. He also has experience in establishing a venture company, and currently serves as an advisor to several venture companies.
