Based in Dubai, Keirin Lee is a member of and local point of contact for the Center for Digital Government at Boston Consulting Group. He is topic lead on data analytics and AI in the Middle East. 

At BCG, Keirin focuses on advancing the digital and technology agenda of his clients. He is experienced in strategy formulation, vision setting, large-scale transformation, digital-driven business model design, Agile@Scale, world-class technology function design, IT governance, and portfolio strategy. 

Keirin has lived and worked in South Korea, Canada, the US, India, Australia, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. An expert in digital government topics, Keirin brings global and cutting-edge perspectives to the firm’s Center for Digital Government. In recent years, he has extensively worked with clients on data analytics and AI topics for centers of government. Before joining the firm, Keirin worked at another leading consulting firm, and founded a start-up focusing on delivering IT services for local businesses in Toronto, Canada.
