Kenny Kurtzman joined Boston Consulting Group in 2018 as a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications; Energy; and People & Organization practice areas. Over the course of his consulting and executive career, he has been involved in many large transformations, including major global mergers and divestitures in the technology sector and major performance improvement initiatives in the power, and oil and gas sectors. He also has many years of experience in performance improvement, behavioral change and culture, and team effectiveness.

Prior to joining BCG, Kenny was Chief Strategy & People Officer at Tandem Hospital Partners. Kenny has also been a Principal at McKinsey, Texas Office Manager of Katzenbach Partners, and Senior Partner and North America Leader of Booz & Company’s TMT Practice. While at Booz, Kenny helped found Booz Digital which later became BCG Digital Ventures.
