Kyle Braden is a core member of the TURN practice at The Boston Consulting Group which helps clients deliver rapid, visible performance improvements in the short term while strengthening their organizations and positioning them to win in the future. With BCG TURN, Kyle specializes in developing and implementing large scale transformations across a number of industries. He has advised clients in North America, Brazil, Africa, and Europe. 

Kyle has deep expertise in operational productivity, performance improvement, and organizational redesign. He has held a number of interim executive roles including Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), CFO, and Senior VP of Finance. 

Before he joined the firm, Kyle was a Partner at McKinsey & Co. in London where he led restructuring efforts in utilities and health care. Kyle has also worked at AlixPartners and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
