Lawrence Kuo is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media & Telecom practice. Lawrence has worked extensively with global clients on engagements related to innovation, growth, operational efficiency, long-term strategic planning, organizational redesign, and post-merger integration. He has managed numerous client relationships across telecom, media, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals.

Lawrence’s experience in the media and telecom sectors has included defining the strategy, products, and operating model as telecoms move to IP based services, leading the launch of products to deliver over-the-top video, supporting the creation of new wireless brands and services, and optimizing go-to-market activities including driving improvements in pricing and promotions.He has also helped companies manage capital efficiency and deliver operational improvements within networks, broadcast operations, call centers, technical services, and corporate functions, as well as leverage big data to create top line and bottom line growth.

Prior to rejoining BCG, Lawrence worked for Rogers Communications, first as the vice president of corporate strategy and planning and then as the vice president of video product management. He previously worked for BCG from 1999 to 2007.

Lawrence is actively involved with non-profit work. He is a member Strategy Committee of the Canadian Cancer Society.
