Leo Li is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice, and he focuses specifically on the real estate and city development sectors. He has acquired extensive experience in strategy and management consulting for leading real estate developers, government agencies, and investors.

Leo’s projects have included economy and city development, industry planning, corporate strategy, and large-scale transformation. He has also led many corporate strategy and operational improvement projects for industry good companies, including leading auto makers and construction equipment manufacturers.

Before joining BCG in 2012, Leo worked for A.T. Kearney, and Roland Berger.
