Leyla Abdimomunova is a core expert in Boston Consulting Group’s Public Sector and People & Organization practices. She has extensive experience in public sector policy and administration topics and international project finance. She focuses on helping clients align strategic goals, organizational capabilities, and product and service offerings through a whole-enterprise perspective. 

Leyla’s recent projects for the firm include driving a city master-plan development process by identifying drivers for the city’s economic growth; developing a medium-term national strategy for the government of Kazakhstan; and defining a vision and key priorities for labor market development, also for Kazakhstan. 

Before joining the firm, Leyla was Senior Banker & Head of Resident Office at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and prior to that, she was Senior Expert in the Department of Social & Economic Analysis for the Administration of the President of Kazakhstan.
