Lisa Hu is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and Operations practices. She has acquired extensive experience working with both multinational and local Chinese clients on projects addressing marketing and sales, procurement, organization restructuring and change management, and enablement that aids clients with long-term performance improvement.
Among her projects, Lisa has helped a leading global paper company improve its sales and marketing and affect a significant impact on performance; a Chinese conglomerate develop its meat-sales strategy and joint venture partnership; and a top global food company optimize its portfolio, consumer insights, and channel strategy.
She has also helped a prominent worldwide cosmetics player improve its sourcing management in Asia, a leading auto joint venture in China restructure, and a local Chinese auto company enhance its procurement processes, among other projects.
Before joining BCG in 2011, Lisa worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
