Lorenna Buck is a core member of the Private Equity practice at Boston Consulting Group. She has deep experience in private equity due diligence and growth strategy across a variety of industries such as consumer goods, industrial goods, and health care.
Lorenna has worked with clients on a wide range of strategic topics, including due diligence (sell- and buy-side) and post-merger integrations; growth strategy and M&A strategy; and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining BCG, Lorenna worked in R&D Strategic Intelligence at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. Lorenna also served on the Board of Directors for the Harvard/MIT Coop Bookstore where she focused on real estate, partnership, and consumer insight strategies.
