Cyber Insurance: High Risk, Huge Opportunity

According to BCG's Lucy Pilko, the need for protection against cyberrisk "is clear, compelling, and growing." But insurers need to understand a lot more about the risk they are taking on as they enter this sector.

Lucy Pilko is a core member of the Insurance and People & Organization practices at The Boston Consulting Group. She serves as the Insurance practice leader for New York as well as the Brokerage Topic Leader. She’s also a member of the People & Organization Leadership Team for North America. Lucy chairs the New York Office Career Development Committee and is responsible for performance evaluation and promotion decisions for all Consultants in BCG's New York office. In addition, Lucy helps lead Women@BCG for New York.

Lucy’s main interest is partnering with insurance carriers and brokers on innovation and growth strategies and on determining the operating model changes needed to deliver against those ambitions. She also works with clients on customer centricity and go-to-market strategies, as well as operating model transformation for insurance carriers and brokers.
