Marine de Cézac joined Boston Consulting Group in 2011. In addition to Paris, she worked for one and a half years in the Mumbai office. Marine has covered a variety of supply chain topics including digital transformation, control towers, operating model, network design, and stock management. She is a core member of BCG’s Operations and Industrial Goods practices.

Within operations, Marine is an expert on supply chain in consumer goods. Within the Industrial Goods practice, she focuses on transportation and logistics services. She has led numerous projects for global logistics service providers, that have covered strategic plans and organizational reviews. She is currently driving the firm's thinking on how to win in e-commerce logistics.
