Martin Kon is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice of Boston Consulting Group. He has advised global players in the TMT sector for two decades.

Martin has a wide range of project experience in the TMT sector, including numerous transformations of telcos, mediacos, and tech companies that each resulted in hundreds of millions or billions in value impact. Martin also led MediaNYC2020, a four-year Bloomberg Administration effort to enhance New York City's position as a hub for media and technology. He has developed numerous OTT strategies, offer/pricing strategies, new business launches, cost streamlining efforts, and organizational transformations for telco, media, and technology companies.

Before joining BCG, Martin was a partner and leader of the North American TMT practice at another consulting firm. He has been based in London, Munich, New York City, and Toronto, and he previously worked at Robert Bosch in Germany and Spain. Martin is a citizen of Canada, the UK, and Germany, and a permanent resident of the USA.
