Masanobu Iwabuchi joined Boston Consulting Group in 2019. He leads the firm’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice in Japan. He is also a core member of the Technology Advantage, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, and Corporate Finance & Strategy practices.

Masanobu has worked on digital strategy and transformation with clients in various sectors, including technology, media, and telecommunications; automotive; consumer products; and energy. He has extensive experience in innovation using cutting-edge technologies, supply chain management, marketing, and growth strategy. He has worked on many global projects with clients from over 20 countries.

Prior to joining BCG, Masanobu worked at Soft Bank, at various IT venture companies, at Deloitte (where he led the Digital Strategy practice), and at McKinsey & Company.
