Matt Hasik joined Boston Consulting Group in 2017. He is a senior internal expert on aerospace and industrial goods product design, development, manufacturing, and service and support. Matt has worked with clients primarily in the aerospace sector, helping them with corporate, market, and product strategy, agile engineering design, digital-enterprise strategies, manufacturing/shop floor improvements, supply chain strategy, and aftermarket service/support models.

Prior to joining BCG, Matt was an aerospace and defense executive with more than 20 years of experience across aerospace engineering, product development and program management, factory operations, and nuclear shipbuilding. His experience spans work across North America, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe. Matt has led major initiatives on enterprise transformation, new product development programs, design-to-cost engineering strategies, innovation incubation, and operational improvements.
