Matt Sternberg is a core member of the Insurance practice at Boston Consulting Group. He has over a decade of experience (some of it in the BCG Sydney office) working across financial services sectors, including insurance brokerage, commercial insurance, group benefits, life and annuities, asset management, and investment banking. Matt's client work focuses on growth strategy, organization and operating model transformation, and change management. He also has experience with distribution strategies, data and analytics, corporate development, and finance transformation.

Prior to joining BCG, Matt worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs.
