Maximilian Rohnke is the Global Co-Lead of the Center for Mobility Innovation at The Boston Consulting Group. He has comprehensive experience with clients in the automotive industry, OEMs, and the commercial vehicle industry, and he works with them to face their strategic challenges, in particular urban mobility.
Max has led projects across Europe, Southeast Asia, and China. His work has covered corporate strategy, digital transformation, customer-centric ideation, operationalization of digital business models, and sales and go-to-market strategy. His work for clients has covered the execution of a 100-day innovation sprint with a large client of a German truck OEM, the definition of a digital transformation strategy for a leading European commercial vehicle OEM, and the definition of a “greenfield” European sales strategy a Chinese OEM.
