Mehran Islam is a core member of the Financial Institutions (FI) practice at Boston Consulting Group. He leads BCG’s Agile work for financial institutions in North America. Mehran has designed and executed multiple Agile@Scale transformations and many other large-scale change programs. Mehran is also experienced in digital and multi-channel sales and service models in retail banking. He led the development of BCG's "Smart Channels" proposition, a new multi-channel service and sales model focused on proactively addressing customers' financial needs, and on turning interactions into advisory and consultative discussions. 

Mehran is an expert in Agile, and recently led the comprehensive Agile transformation of a large global financial institution, as well as of one of the top US banks, among others.
